Yes, in a way it is, because you don't need to use your brain during sex. It's a physical process completely disconnected from the brain. So if you think sex is stupid, it's because no one uses their brain before, during or after it.

What would make you ask such a question. Maybe you haven't had sex, or good sex. If you can go a long time without it, and without yourself, then I can see what your saying because it could seem to be a waste of time, and dirty. But once you re-have it or then you'll understand.
