25 and never asked a a girl out.........??

I like this girl, but I have never asked a girl out and don't even know how to?,and I am 25, how do I approach her and make a move ?

ok, that's nothing to be ashamed of, plenty of guys dont have a lot of experience with women at all, you're just a late bloomer. the big thing here is communication. talk to her, try to find out more about her and let her know some things about you. women love confident men, and confidence has many forms. it can be the way you speak, the way you present yourself when meeting knew people, etc. BE CONFIDENT. this means eye contact, dont slouch, and be sure to both listen and respond to what she says. Dont let her do all the talking, it will feel like you're interviewing her for a position. You want her to like talking to you and want to know more about you. To ask her out should be simple after that. "asking" someone out is really just a high school type of thing, in the "real world" people don't ask right out "will you go out with me?", it's more like "do you want to get together sometime? maybe some coffee? or lunch?", something like that, you'll know what to ask after talking with her. Also, ask yourself before you approach her, what is it that you like about this woman? is it simply her appearance? the way she does her hair? or have you had a conversation with her before and you fee like you really clicked? know what it is you like before you "make a move" on her. Don't make a move!! Go up to her and ask her if she would like to go for coffee a soda or what ever. Make sure you stay in a public place so no one gets to nervous. If you hit it off then you can ask her for a date.

If it's too hard to do it, why don't you just write her and tell her that you are shy but dying to go on a date with her.......She'll understand if she's mature....
