YOUR TIME ..... TRUST ME! Let her know ya love her, money is unimportant at this point - as is anything you can buy with it. You can always get another dollar - you can never get a minute back - Let her know you appreciate her, that you love her. Help her with chores, the baby ... most importantly... let her know she's given you the most special thing in the world a woman can give ... a child. Look, gifts aren't as important as your time and appreciation - especially if she's going through post pardom ... Good luck, hope I helped a little.

My guess is what she would like is some tender loving care and someone to send her some flowers to say what a great mother she is going to make and how lucky you are to have her as your wife. You could ask her if there is something that she would like to do???

A keepsake. Maybe a locket with baby's hair or photo or her and baby's picture printed on a pillow or blanket. A trip to the spa,lord knows she needs it now.

Perhaps the best gift of all...give her attention and help in raising the child and taking care of the home as in sharing dishes, cooking, and laundry responsibilities.

something sweet that she will love. everyone has a special thing that she likes, so its really hard to say, like get her a earrings when she doesn't like it.
Please do not try getting anything that is meant for the pregnancy or baby if YOU MEANT to get her a gift. If I just gave birth and my husband gets me a breast pump..Oh dear..

Jewelery is always a hit with any women. lol
If you cant afford that, Just telling her that she is beautiful and thanking her for a beautiful baby. Dont be upset, she may get emotional about that one.

Get her a gift certificate for one of those spa weekends (massage, facials, etc.) and take care of the baby for the weekend - if you can handle it.
