My mom told me a long time ago (when I found out about gelatin and where it comes from...ugh) that its all synthetic now because I had refused to eat any after I found out. But honestly, I love Jello. Its cheap, its low-cal usually, and the flavours!! Lol. I guess what I'm asking is, Is jello still made from swine by-products, or is it synthetic?

I am a senior in a medical technology program. A degree in medical technology involves taking general classes for 2 years, then being in the program for 2 years, which includes clinical rotations in several hospital laboratories. I will graduate in May. I plan to take organic chemistry and physics over the summer, take the MCAT in August and work as a med. tech. for the next year while I wait to see if I get into med school. For the first two years of college, I had a 3.2 GPA, after getting into the medtech program and taking medical related classes that were more interesting my GPA is now 3.6 and I hope to bring it up to a 3.7 before its over. I don't have much volunteer experience or extracurricular activities. My references are not great. I want to become a doctor more than anything. It is the most rewarding career I can think of. I just want to get into my state med school. I have concerns that I won't, but everyone I know says they are sure I will. What do you think?

I have a presentation this week and just thinking about it makes me want to faint! I stutter, I go red, and I can't present without reading off cue-cards no matter how much I have memorized it. I am usually not a quiet or introverted person, but I am presenting in front of a group of intellectuals who will slam me if I can't answer one question. Help!

I am in the UK - I went to view a flat and gave the letting agent a holding fee last saturday. The flat needs some repair work so the agent promised it would be ready in a couple of days. But it has been a week now. I have asked him for my money back but he has refused. Its stated on the holding deposit receipt that he gave me that my deposit would be refunded if the work wasnt completed within the stated period. how can i get my money back? I need serious legal advise. I paid £200.
