Schnitzel is very easy to make. Simply take a pork cutlet and pound till very thin. dip in egg bath, then in seasoned bread crumbs. Fry 3 minutes a side in hot olive oil. They are delicious and are usually served with potato salad. Use medium heat on your stove top and you should have no problems with burning. People will tell you it's a German dish but it originated in Czechoslovakia, non known as the Czech Republic. This recipe came from a restaurant in Denver, CO called SOBO 151. It is a Czech Hockey Bar.
