So I just received a driver license suspension in CT, but I live in NY. Anyways, does this go on your record?? (as criminal, etc)

thanks

my first speeding ticket and my driver got suspended. the police wrote it as "reckless driving".. does that count as crimal act?

Yes, it goes on your driving record. If your right to operate was suspended in CT, it's suspended in all 50 states as well so you can't drive legally in NY (or any other state) either.

If the suspension was a result of a crimminal conviction (felony DUI or vehicular homicide for example) then it will be on your crimminal record for life unless pardoned or expunged.
