No- No with a long ooo
Estoy- Es asin esquire, Toy just as it is spelled
con- more like a Q not a C , Test as it is spelled. ando- as pronounced in the word andy but O has the final accent
a- as in Ahhhhh.
eso E is said as eh so is as written the word so.

The vowel "E" is pronounced like the A in "bay"
The vowel "A" is pronounced like the A in "bah"
The vowel "O" in pronounced like the O in "bone"
The second-to-last syllable gets the accent when the word ends in a vowel (unless there is an accent mark above a different syllable.)
If the word ends in a consonant, the last syllable gets the accent (once again the accent changes if there is an accent mark over a different syllable).
