No- No with a long ooo
Estoy- Es asin esquire, Toy just as it is spelled
con- more like a Q not a C , Test as it is spelled. ando- as pronounced in the word andy but O has the final accent
a- as in Ahhhhh.
eso E is said as eh so is as written the word so.

I'll try but no promises. You said pronounce but I think you meant translation? It might mean something to the affect of---I am not contesting this, in other words I do not disagree.
Ok I was wrong but now I must agree with ShaMayMay. If you have a sense of humor then give her the 10 points for best answer

no ay-STOI cohn-tays-TAHN-doh ah AY-soh

The vowel "E" is pronounced like the A in "bay"

The vowel "A" is pronounced like the A in "bah"

The vowel "O" in pronounced like the O in "bone"

The second-to-last syllable gets the accent when the word ends in a vowel (unless there is an accent mark above a different syllable.)

If the word ends in a consonant, the last syllable gets the accent (once again the accent changes if there is an accent mark over a different syllable).

Try this........."No ehs-toy contest-ahndoh ah ehs-oh"

If you want to learn how to pronounce more words in Spanish, a pronunciation guide will help. Here's a few sites, some have links to actually hear what the pronunciation sounds like!
