I do bench presses daily, I do 3 sets of 10 and add the more wight every other day to see what if can handle it , the wight at the moment at 10 I struggle the last on the last one so that must mean the wight is correct. But when I started I used to feel a strain accross my chest I do not get that feeling any more why is that?

I have 3 children, 2 boys(10 and 7) and a girl(11). Their bedrooms and bathroom are on the oposite end of the house from mine and I try to avoid their bathroom like the plague (except for hosing it down). A while back I found my self in a handle and had to use their bathroom. I felt my way through the boys room (my eyes were closed to protect my sanity) got to the bathroom, made the Sign of the Cross and opened the door. So far so good, the bathroom was actually ok (must have been an unscheduled visit from the cleaning fairy). By this time I am really in trouble and do not have time for my usual visual exam of the toilet bowl. When finished as I am standing a little tree frog jumps from the bowl to the seat and I scream. As I am pounding on my chest to get heart started again the frog disapears. As of this posting he is still on the lamb. So how do I get one of the little monkeys that use this bathroom to cop to the frog?

Why do I keep on staring at the girl I think is beautiful? and when she catches me looking at her, I just look away. What would a girl think in her point of view? I have talked to her in class though. I seriously need help. What would you do if you were me? First of all, I know I need to stop staring at her. Maybe I can lie to her if she asks why did I stare at her like I can say, I wasn't staring, I was looking at the wall that is like 10 feet away from you and I was also wondering is that the girl from my class??? I gotta play it cool. I got to play my cards right then I might get her. I will not give up on her yet. Is there a chance that she can be friends with me still?? I will not ask her out until we know each other a lot more.

I have a rival in my chorus class and in life in general. I have been able to surpass him with ease until now. Ethan is my brother best friends little brother. My brother and his friend are two years older than Ethan and me. Last school year was our freshman year. We had 3 classes both semester together. We both started advanced chorus this semester. This is when I noticed he has a lot more time to learn the pitches than I do. I am doing fairly well but he is doing great ( even though he sings through his nose....if he closed his mouth you could hear every word he says.). My question is, do you, the reader, think that my jealousy pushes me to try harder, or will it cause me to break down. I'm not sure of the answer, so freely answer.

Ok so the date of my last period was about May 8th (could have been the 9th). My GP told me that my due date was Feb 14th. The OBGYN says that it is Feb12th, and when I had my last ultra sound the technician said I am due on Feb 7th. Which do you think is right?

When Iowa voters are asked who they prefer in hypothetical 2008 presidential match-ups, they show a continued drift away from liberal Democrats and toward independent Republicans. For example, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani beats Sen. Hillary Clinton by 19 points - Sen. John McCain beats Clinton by 17 points. They both also beat Massachusetts Sen. A large church group (it will be women and men) asked me to give a twenty-minute talk...sharing my experience with my mental illness. (I'm bipolar, but it will be on mental health in general.) Obviously it can't be insulting, but needs to help focus them on the important things I want to share, following the opening. I just want to relax them up a bit ... help get past some of the outdated stigmas associated with mental illness.

Any other tips or thoughts on this???
