Mt 24:31
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
1Th 4:17
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
2Th 2:1
Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
Mt 13:30
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
(THE TARES ARE THE BAD PEOPLE, THE WHEAT ARE THE BELIEVERS).
Mt 13:41
The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
Re 19:17
And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
Proof enough? We just don't know when He is coming to get us!

Hi. I don't believe in the rapture. Although i can say a few things about the rapture. Have you ever noticed that in the scriptures It says two will be in the feilds working, one will be taken and one shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together, one shall be taken the other left. Luke 17:34-36
In Luke:17:37 Jesus' disciples ask him, Where, Lord? They wanted to know where these people would be taken and Jesus answered, .....Whereso ever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together. Matthew 24: 28 recounts it this way, For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
Carcass is something dead. So maybe the one taken is the one that is destroyed. Truth is, nowhere in the bible do you find the rapture.
1Cor. 15:51-53 If you read this it shows that our changing ,in a twinkling of a eye, is not going to be anything but secrect, because it happens at the last TRUMPET.
If still in doubt, as to what is meant by TAKEN read Matthew 24:36-41, But that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the Ark, And knew not until the flood came, AND TOOK THEM ALL AWAY; so shall also the coming of the son of man be. then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left Two women shall be grinding at the mill; one shall be taken, the other left.
Try reading Luke 17:27 This should give you no doubt about the meaning of TOOK them all away.
One last thought.....God's purpose was for mankind to live on the earth. He did not promise Adam a gate way into heaven, if he happened to mess up. God's plan have not changed. He is the same today as he was back then. He tells us that the meek shall inherit the earth.
Sorry this is so long. Hope it at least makes you want to check things out.
God bless.

Go to: www.amaizingbiblestudies.com and you will find all the scripture you need under the study topic "Rapture" . A lot of people that don't believe in the Rapture and say it isn't true....Well, just as it was in the days of Noah how people said that he was crazy when God told him to warn the people about the flood that was going to take place, so it will be in the days before the Rapture (In other words the Christians having been "Caught up" to be forever with the Lord Jesus, ref 1 Thessalonians Ch: 4). The bible says those Christians who will be found watching and praying are the ones that will be ready for His return.

Hi. You know, I used to whole heartedly believe in the rapture especially after reading the "Left Behind" series by Tim Lahaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. I was all for it. But then I studied it out in my bible on my own and things just didn't add up. It doesn't make sense for Jesus to come to us 3 times. He kept saying when he was here that he would be coming back to take people up with him and that all would see it and all would kneel before him. It says nothing about him coming AGAIN after that time. So, the whole idea that he will come to take us up is what I believe in, BUT the idea that after that there will be tribulation and then he will come again for those who have FINALLY made up their minds to repent, NO, it just doesn't hold up. Study it out for yourself too and you will see what i'm saying. Yes, Jesus would do anything to get someone to beleive, but some things are just over doing it. If I can be saved after tribulation then why in the world should I get SAVED now? But, I am saved now because duh! this is the time when we need to get right before he comes back. This is my genuine answer without judgement or anything. Thanks.

The rapture will occur just before the beginning of the tribulation.
Luke 21:36
"Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."
1 Thessalonians 5
Now, brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.
While people are saying, "Peace and safety," destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
But you, brothers, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief.
You are all sons of the light and sons of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness.
So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled.
For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night.
But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.
For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him.
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

There is nothing in the Bible about any rapture. God is supposed to test us all at the end and take the most holy to heaven. If there is a Rapture then i hope i and my son are involved in it along with all the other helpless individuals around the world who want nothing more than peace and security.
