he gets into a lot of trouble at school but he doesn't seem to care, it was the school whom asked me to get him tested for it although i had my own thoughts that there is something wrong.the psychologist just say he is a bit hyperactive but im extremely worried that he is going to end up in real trouble if i cant find the right help soon.what can i do to help him before this happens,i'm really worried he's going to end up in a residential school and talkin to him is not working!!

so , are u all here to help me with my emotional problems? haha. ok, so yesterday at recess, these "so called friends:" of mine weretelling me everything that they didnt like about me, and they siad this was the reason i couldn't get a guy. after, when i was alone, ii started cryin, and tehn i headed to my next class. we were workin on a project together, and she was ignoring me, so i asked whats wrong..and she said that she was mad at me cause i cried, then she said, katie, I HATE ppl ho cry, i HATE them. u were never really my friend (she called me her bff for goopdness sakes)...were goin to the movies today with a whole bunch of ppl, i wanna show her i can lvie without her...and tehn shes all over this guy, shes trying to persuade him to not talk to me...and hes really nice...etc...GUys!!! what should i do bout the guy,a dn what should i wear. my atitude is already to deal with this crap, what should i wear say. my mind is so in to showing her, that i am FULLY capale of doin stufso?

Western Union fights Arizona seizure warrant

Western Union said Friday that it hoped to delay an effort by Arizona officials to seize certain money transfers to Mexico as part of the state's investigation into illegal immigration and drug smuggling.

Western Union, which will be spun off from Greenwood Village-based First Data Corp. (NYSE: FDC) on Sept. 29, said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it was seeking a stay of a seizure warrant granted to the Arizona attorney general's office on Sept. 21.


The warrant allows authorities to seize person-to-person money transfers originating in Arizona and 28 other states that are intended for recipients in 26 locations in the Mexican state of Sonora. It would require Western Union to pay the funds into a designated detention account instead of transferring them to the intended recipients.

Western Union on Wednesday asked a federal court to issue a temporary restraining order against the seizure plan.

"Although the issuance of the warrant, whether or not sustained, may adversely affect the volume of money transfers, Western Union does not believe the ultimate impact on the company will be material," the company said in a statement.

First Data stock has faced a headwind in recent months, as the national political debate over illegal immigration has hurt its Western Union money transfer business. First Data's chief executive officer, Ric Duques, told analysts in July that money-transfer business was down in the second quarter of the year as Mexican immigrants became reluctant to wire money home for fear of attracting the attention of authorities, or because they wanted to hold onto cash in case they were arrested.

I had a dream that I was given a store that sold fish for aquariums. When I went to start working the store was a mess. Staff was not organized, fish were breeding faster than I could get tanks set up to care for them. The fish were so hungry that they were eating each other and I when I went to feed them they would jump out of the water to bite my fingers. I was feeling frustrated that I couldn't clean all the tanks fast enough and that cross breeding had started that overflowed my tanks with highly unusual and aggressive fish. In the end all I wanted to do was leave and become a journalist who wrote a book. I wound up walking home in a thunderstorm.

since the end of may/beginning of june i've been on a pretty strict diet and exercising daily to lose weight. as of right now, i've gone down from about 161 to about 126 lbs. my dad wants me to gain a bit of weight (2-3 lbs) back while i continue with my physical activity. i only have a few days before i see him again, and he'll want to make sure i have my weight up. what's the best way to gain weight healthily fairly quickly [is that english, lol]? any suggestions or comments would be valued. thanks.
