Get isagenix cleansing liquid. Google isagenix. Very effective...disgusting tasting (pure aloe vera in it), but effective.

Those over the counter 'system flush kits' don't work at all. And the dozens of people who will post after me saying that drinking lots of water cleans it out are wrong too.
