If you mean in Edinburgh. There is a mother and toddler group at Destiny church in Leith casselbank st. They meet up every monday at around 10.30am i think. there are about 30 mothers that go with their kids. If you want more information you can look on the website www.destinychurchedinburgh.co.uk

There is a website called NetMums. You join freen and I think it lists days out, groups, shops to visit etc. It's by Mum's for Mum's. Very handy.
