I need to find somebody who is knowladgable in alternative med. I have some conditions and one of them they are giving me meds for has made me MUCH sicker and actually ended up I had to have a surgery and am still having much problems that the surgery was suppost to help. I also am trying to find natural ways to help with chronic pain and REALLY bad anxiety. I am tired of being on major medacine and it not helping. I also suffer from insomnia and sleeping pills do not help nor does melatonin. If somebody could please help with some ideas. I will have health insurance starting next month but I have spen so much time with doctors and it has not helped so now I feel like I need to see what nature can do for me.

How come people exaggerate and always want to blame the Catholic Church for every conceiveble evil?

To me it seems like anti-Catholic propaganda from Protestants and scoffers at religion.

The past couple nights I've been feeling really uneasy and kinda scared. I've been having trouble sleeping and when I do I've had odd somewhat scary dreams, and I wake up scared.
Every time I look out a window or door I picture someone standing there....so on and so on. Plus it seems like my dog has been acting weird, looking around and spooking me out even more.
This isn't like me....it takes alot to scare me.
Any suggestions as to what the heck is going on? I'm freaking out over here!

I'm pretty much a loner, That's is not the problem because, I am satisfied with that.. I have two friends, which they both mean the world to me.... although one of them lately has been acting different she has met this other girl, her and the other girls husband works together, so I can understand how they might get along considering they're both married and they can relate, in which I'm not married so I can't about that or have nothing in common in that certain aspect although my best friend and I use to hang out quite a bit, she'd always call me, I'd call her, etc, but since this girl has came into the picture she has not called me or anything really it seems, I call her and all she talks about is this other girl, about how their going to do this, or how their going to do that together, or how they hung out and did something... the other girl lives closer to her then I do (I live on the other side of town, its a pretty big town) so I can't really get over there because I can't drive, and this girl can.. so I know maybe thats why she hangs out with her alot is because she is "available" or w/e you want to call it, but still she never wants to hang out with me anymore it seems...and she hasn't called me that much since she's met that girl so... thats not really a good sign is it? I know some people are going to say "Don't be jealous" but I can't help it I guess because this girl is stealing one of my two best/only friends away from me.. What should I do? please any advice/suggestions from anyone.. be nice please!

This isn't sexual! Tonight someone wanted me to call and talk to another woman's husband to get some answers. I think it's wrong. Men stick with men and women stick with women (this isn't about dating, it's about friendship). When I said I wasn't about to call and talk with another woman's man they said that's all in my head and no one else thinks like that! I'm not a kid either! Aren't there unwritten rules for this?
