No, schizophrenia is a condition in which, as a symptom, there may be more than one "personality" exhibited, but the personalities remain in "one person, or one human body"...thus, only a single fee should be charged the one person--or, human body. Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary defines schizophrenia as "a psychotic disorder...characterized by....disintegration of personality". Actually, the one personality of one person or individual is sometimes broken down into the two or more (sometimes many) characteristics that make up that one personality. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder of one person or individual characterized by indifference, withdrawal, or hallucinations, to name a few possibilities. Because the person exhibits multiple characteristics of a single condition does not mean that that one person should be charged for each characteristic or "personality". "A" patient with schizophrenia should be charged a single fee because that patient is still just "one" patient or client. So, the answer is "no".
