Shower twice a day with a body soap that has "deep pore cleanser" "exfoliant" and "anti-bacterial" ingredients. You can find a body soap with all three in your local drug store. The exfoliant cleanses dead skin, the deep pore cleanser cleans out the whiteheads and the anti-bacterial agent makes sure they don't come back.

sorry, none of the answers are correct, but all are important.
the way you stop whiteheads is by changing your diet. the body eliminates toxins through the organs of elimination (liver/kidneys etc.) Guess what--the largest organ of elimination in the body is the skin. this is your bodies way of getting rid of toxins that you are putting into it. It's just doing it's job. next is by drinking lots of water, this is what the body uses to wash itself (flush itself) of toxins. the exfoliating is also very good
