My three and a half month old wakes up twice at night to eat (at 1 am, and then at 4 am). I have to get up to work at 5 am, so I am exhausted most of the day later. I have been feeding him breast milk exclusively. He’s had some problems with his digestive system (gas & baby reflux), so I didn’t want to supplement with formula (breast milk is easier to digest). Now his reflux is under control, so maybe I could alter his diet slightly. My girlfriends advise me to:
1. Feed him formula just at bedtime – it takes longer to digest, so he will sleep longer
2. Give him some cereal at bedtime – for the same reason
3. Give him some water when he wakes up for the first time. It won’t increase the production of acid in his stomach like milk or formula would, so he won’t get hungry too soon.

Are there any other options? Which one worked for you?

Im 13 my Mom was 5,7 and my Dad was 5,6 however my Great Great Grandfathers family was tall my GReat Grandfather was about 6,2 and his brother about 6,3 the doctor said im supposed to be over 6 feet so yeah Im 13 Im right now 5,9 at 8 I was 4,7 at 10 I was 5,1 and now im 5,9 I started puberty at about 11.

Okay, I know that the acualy Christmas Day is 12/15. But it starts before that day. And it seems to start earlier every year! Last year, we'd barely recovered from Xmas '04 when we began planning X-mas '05. So when does the holdiday season start for you? When do you pull out your decorations and music?

I'd prefer that only people who celebrate Christmas answer, but I'm always open to learning about other winter holidays.

Well I was mad at my sis's friend earlier. He call me and I was in a bad mood. He was so shy and I was kinda rude a little. Why do men act like little boys? I mean why do they get all excited when going down the toy isle when shopping for a nephew or for their son.When you know darn well they can't wait to play with the toy their self. Or when they want to take the kids to the park,you go with and sit there the whole time with the little one while he is jumping and running all around with the other kids and having a good time. =) Do any of you do this???? if so why???
