Yes- of course you can. I remember reading that in my kids instruction booklet. The worm light simply gives additional light and doesn't affect the risk of seizure. Seizures are caused by flashing lights during the game. If a person feels dizzy, nauseous or gets a headache or eyeache they should stop playing or looking at the screen immediately.

bright lighting, anything flashing, eyes concentrated too long on a screen can cause a seizure. yes!

you can get a seizer from anything that is distracting.
