and if said fundie actually had a sack, don't you think that he would make sure that the person he is challenging is actually present at the time?

I'm sure that he's very impressive in debating people when he thinks that they're not around.

Ya really! It's kind of like Militant Islam. It seems clear and explicit, but it has many, many deeper layers and levels. It seems that there is no way to definitely and factually answer the "religion vs. science debate," so it's pretty futile. Though, I do believe the burden of proof falls on the theists. I was baptized Catholic, but am not religious at all. Lately, though, I find myself fascinated by/drawn to Militant Islam. What's the deal w/ that?

Bill O, Agnostic doesn't necessarily mean they are confused about the existence of God. There are Agnostic Theists and Agnostic Atheists. An Agnostic person recognizes that it is impossible to prove or disprove the existence of a god. A person can believe in God while knowing it is impossible to prove his existence, and vise verse.

Anyone who challenges a fear-based system is considered a major threat and you may expect to meet this sort of misplaced self-protective action each and every time you challenge the system. The "fundies" need repeated attempts of help to free them from their bondage (not that kind).
We all battle fear. Sorry that this time around you were the one this misplaced aggression struck.

Peace and Love to you.

Hehe, I think of all his misspelling, grammatical errors, and screwed up bits that don't make any sense. I like the VIP person bit the best, apparently god's a Very Important Person Person, you know, in case you missed the first one.

Think of it as flattery. You piss them off so much that they feel the need to scream at your points, yet can't confront you by e-mail. That person is absolutly irritating...but again you must be so important that he had to pretend he was confronting you. lol I got a personalized one from the R monster...but it was a nice one. And don't leave b/c of them...who would I follow around and point out generalizations to?

Hmm...

You could take comfort that his vocabulary is as large as it appears to be.

The one who came after me was a knuckle-walker in the first degree, caps and all.

I recall JD ran a question asking who should be elected mayor of the R&S section. Perhaps we should run one for who should be the garbage-collector =8-}

It is because you caused evolution and gave us brains. I guess. There wasn't really a pattern to the logic. No, I can not call any of that logic.

Being more intelligent than others you are a marked noodle.

Hey Nikki, I just googled all 219 of his questions, and no, he did not mention you once. Maybe he pointed out your stupidity in someone else's question, or even your own, but not his.
