I am in a criminal justice class, and for extra credit i have to explain how restitution works. Ex. how the victim gets the money and who gives the money to the victim. Does the state collect the entire amount and then give it to the victim.ext.ext.

He will not return my calls or answer my calls. Bank sent me a letter. If I pay, do I have a right to the truck if I can locate it?? My son is now on a path to destruction. I had excellent credit until this. I will pay the balance if I have any legal rights.

1) Let the child eat whatever he/she wants so that sweets/fast food are no "big deal"--they never feel deprived so they grow up not craving "junk".

2) Only let your child eat "junk" occasionally so that they do not develop a taste for such food, rather, they prefer natural, unprocessed foods.

I need help regarding tenants and landlord issue.
Me and my family was looking for a shorterm apartment, whic is not very easy to find in Oakland, Pittsburgh area. Finally after looking for a month I decided to sublet someone's else apartment that the tenant told me that it has a bed bug problem and the pest control has been treating it 3 times and they never seen any bugs anymore.
Anyway, this coming wednesday, it will be the 10 times!!! and we try to get out of the lease but the landlord said he is going to sue us if we did. The Health department can only offer to come to inspect the place.
We are not in a place where we can hire or spend money for a lawyer. We really don't know where we have to turn to. I have a 1 year old daughter that I am very much concern for her health breathing all the things that they spray every single week.
I hope someone could help me with this issue. thank you very much for your time.

I'll get this country in shape. I'll run this country like the people want me to and not by what the politicians want me to. Anyone who disagrees, I'll make them an offer they can't refuse! i am so bad for this...and i realize it is a problem for example when me and my hubby first started dating he told me i was bad with money due to the fact before we were together i borrowed money from him which he offered to pay for a past due power bill, now i feel so guilty everytime i need anything from him even the basic nessacities because i don't have a job and he is always asking before i buy how much money do we have in the bank and stresses about money we need it makes me feel horrible, he says he means nothing by it and i am being to sensitive, and also i have never been late on any bills and i am the one who manages the money

I'm a computer idiot, so you have to explain this to me like a 6 year old.
I have Windows XP, and I'm using Jasic Paint shop pro 8. Someone explained screen shots (caps) like this.

"How to take a screen shot: hit the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Open a graphic program such as Paint, and hit the paste key or Control + V. A picture of the screen will appear. Save it as a .jpeg file"

I've tried and tried and I just can't get it to work for me, so I'm now mad and frustrated. Can anyone help me?

I have a Hifonics BXi 2006D.
I am ganna be running it at a stable 1ohm 2000w rms.
The 12" Pioneer Premiers run at 1000w rms/3000w peak.

The amp has 2 guage wire inputs.
Would 2awg be good for the amps power or should i use 0awg??
If so,.....
Would i be able to fit the 0awg wires in the 2awg inputs of the amp??

Well I was mad at my sis's friend earlier. He call me and I was in a bad mood. He was so shy and I was kinda rude a little.
