Individuals who normally exaggerate about this and that, are the vehicle. Additionally, anyone who believes every thing the exaggerator has said, is adding more salt to the wound. "The snowball effect" also takes on shape here. People have a habit of adding more details into a topic than what is needed [this is when we say..."to much information!" or "blowing it out of proportion". sometimes, yes -- I am at fault.
