At your age, if you haven't been sick, I doubt it's a lung problem. Broken ribs do have symptoms of increased pain breathing in but you would have to had a serious fall, punch, or kick to do that.
I suspect you strained a muscle in your back, sides, or ribs that is being pulled on when you breathe in. I've had this happen a couple of times.
With out doing a hands on examination there is no way for me to tell. You definitely need to tell your parents about this.

it would desire to be the two of the above. Or it would desire to easily be your lungs rebelling against the smoke. or maybe something completely unrelated. Your description sounds extra like my SIL's while he had a in part collapsed lung. i've got on no account heard that style of description of soreness for lung maximum cancers. Plus lung maximum cancers would not purely come on given which you smoked some cigs. back. that is no longer like that is contagious. that is lots extra complicated than that. it incredibly is why even non-people who smoke can get it. sturdy female for quitting back. At at present's expenses that is purely funds going up in smoke and the older you get the extra durable that's to end. In any creation i'd examine with the dr. to make particular you're ok.

Have you had a fall recently? Have you had a cold recently, or the flu? It could be "plurasey" (sp). Infection on the lining that helps protect the lungs.. Just a guess...

why dont you just drink some water maybe your throat wont hurt anymore . if you feel more sored inside your lung then you should take a medican for sore throat to help it . maybe you shouldn't run and play too hard , you should relax and sit for while til your breath slow down .

I'm not a doctor, but please let your parents know about your problem. You may need a check-up.
