i need help from IBS sufferers or anyone who knows the condition. what do you recommend for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Especially food items to take for lunch at work? i'm so tired of soup, pbj sandiwches, pasta, and white grilled meat. i need some more ideas, i especially need suggestion for what to take for lunch while im at work. this is extremely frusterating. any ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated. thank u! also is there such a thing as minimal ibs? all i usually get is cramps and gas. i only get the diarreah if i eat something wrong, which ive learned is called 'ibs attacks' however im not in the bathroom all day like most. so is there minimal or mild conditions of ibs? thank u all for your input on all of this.

religion gave us the chance of knowing the only V I P person in the existence .. "almighty GOD" .. it is more important to us (religious persons ) ..from computers and ......etc ..

then god concept .. not only religiously .. but also scientifically .. or say philosophically .. the only sollution for these problems ..

I think that it should not have been opened and been tore down and a memorial put up for those who suffered and died in Katrina.It may have costed the owners to do that,but Katrina was just as devistating as 911 was why do they not have a memorial devoted to them?I was outraged to find out that they same place that so many people suffered was cleaned to reopen for games when alot of New orleans was still destroyed and nothing done toward the clean up there and still many are homeless or displaced and would like to return home.How do you feel about this?All comments are welcome,but please give sensitivity to the ones who were affected by this and keep your comments to the point.If you have nothing postive to say don't comment please.

OK, so I have a paper due in 12 hours. An argument paper. its like 750-1000 words and the topic i chose is: "Dante wants his reader to believe that the events described in his Inferno actually took place. Write an argumentative paper either agreeing or disagreeing with this assertion." I want to argue that the events in the Inferno actually happened. Any Ideas on how to write this. All I have so far is "What is real and not real, what has or has not happen is all relative to the reader of a particular work. In the case of the Inferno, this assessment is particularly true."
