Will my birth control work with penicillin?

That's how our first son was born.
Antibiotics influence the abilitty of the birth control pill to do it's job. If you take antibiotics and do not want to become pregnant, you need to employ another birth control strategy.

This is a good question for your doctor. If it will lessen the effect of your birth control, you may want to use additional protection while your taking penicillin.

it depends how strong it is. som birth control loses its effects when u take a antibotic.
