My little sister is gettin ready to go to a party. shes 14, with brown eyes, and an olive to light skin tone, i think. she also has dark brown hair. what make uo ideas are good for her eyes? what color eyeshadows should she use? and how should she apply it? i think smokey eyes are sexy, but were the complete opposite in looks with me bein white nd all, so idk what colors and stuff to use for her. nd since shes only 14, i dont wanna over do it.

Hii. well I bought a dye

an i wanna dye my hair

my hair kinda has a redish tone

an i wanna get rid of it

is there anything i can mix

in with the dye that will get
rid of that?

I know that the color blue cancels out
red. so it wont be so red.

he is just 4 year old so we know his not making it up and he never meet him he also refers to him by his birth name which we never use since when we talk about him we use his nick name. He told us he talks t him and he plays with him and that he told him he is going to protect him and his little brother (my other nephew). Ok so this is basicaly for girls because i think they would know more about it.. anyway
for acne whats the best way to get rid of it or keep it under control. i have stuff for my face but any other ideas?

Can someone please help interpret this quote made by an anonymous aide to Pres. Bush:

"Your judicious study of discernible reality...is not the way the world really works anymore. We're an empire now. And when we act, we create our own."

I have to do an assignment on it, but I just cannot get my mind fully around thw quote. I'm assuming the aide is talking about America as "we." Can someone explain it?
