Even as Christians, we cannot proclaim to know everything that goes on in the spirit world. My mom said that when she was a young child she heard someone call her name from far away and instinctively she responded. Her elder kin folks asked her who she was talking to and she told them someone called her. They told her to never answer that sort of call! Many times I've been awakened by someone calling my name clearly and loudly, sometimes I've even jumped to my feet thinking one of the kids needed something, only to find no one there. Another time my husband and I woke up simultaneouly, both having been called!! I have no fear, because I am protected by God and the Holy Spirit. I know no harm can come to me. I don't think that whatever your nephew is experiencing is a bad thing because he is not afraid. God protects innocents like him, but you should pray about it and let God's peace come to you about your concerns.

Hmmm..... Okay here's some food for thought. Does this sort of thing run in your family? Do you know of any other family members who have had experiences like this? Are you sure there is no way your nephew couldn't have heard about the deceased from another family member. Little kids pick up the darnedest things. So if you've ruled out every reasonable possibility and you honestly believe he's seeing an entity here's some helpful advice. Does it make sense for the deceased to say he'd stay around to protect a child? By this I mean was this person a caring one who would do something like that? If not, it's kinda odd. There is always the chance the spirit ISN'T your relative. Names mean allot to entities and if this isn't your relative then talking to, acknowledging or encouraging this could be a BAD IDEA. A name is power and spirits like people can lie so be careful. Also showing themselves in this manner IE talking AND interacting takes up a great deal of energy so he's either strong or drawing all his energy from your nephews. I would not say anything to the children but keep a watchful ear and eye on them. Maybe keep a journal about what happens to determine if there's a pattern and decide how to precede from there. If you are uncomfortable have your house blessed. Sometimes something as simple as painting a room or doing some home renovation can run off a spirit. You could do an exorcism but that involves addressing the spirit and challenging it. Sometimes this works, sometimes it only pi$$es it off so save it as a last resort. Plus if this is a family member then you may not want to kick him out. Whatever you do, do NOT EVER use an Ouija board. If you are sorely tempted it is better to move then to use the board. Most magick shops don't even carry these boards because they are dangerous and using one may invite whatever entities that are in your local area to move into your house (and those kind of guests never pay rent or clean up after themselves just kidding) but seriously some are inhuman IE demonic so don't go there. I hope that helps you. I'm sorry for the long answer. God bless and don't ever forget Jesus's name is powerful and darker spirits shy away from it so invoking him when you are scared or just asking him to watch over you will push away some entities. And yes this still works even if you don't go to church. :o)

it is true that children are more sensitive to the energy around them...no wonder they can even predict the future so well sometimes....that's why your child is seeing the spirit...since the child is not hurt in any way, you should not talk to any doctors or preists or anybody else...the reason is that if you concentrate on the topic too much, the child will pick up a message from you which will tell him that there is something wrong with him...the last thing you want to do is make your child feel stupid or crazy (not normal)....just talk to your child and listen to what he has to say about the spirit...it's a good spirit ...positive energy...there is nothing to be afraid of...but maybe do not focus on the topic even when talking to him about it...just go, 'or really? you saw him? wow that's interesting!'
almost all children are sensitive to the outer energies because they are so innocent and their energy so called 'box' is open ...they are part of this universe and the world has not influenced them for long enough to close that box..it is when we grow up, we tend to be more closed to anything like that only because we learn to 'protect' ourselves on a subcoscious level...we sort of learn not to trust to anybody and anything...and that is exactly when we prefer to stay in our own box....
your child is still an unsaparable part of this universe...and that is awesome!!! because that's is what all of us should be, but unfortunately, the society teaches us to deny it with time....

If he isn't hurting your nephew, then I don't see why you should do anything. Even if you don't believe, don't force your beliefs on your nephew. As long as he isn't acting scared or changing in a bad way, then let him be. Listen to him when he wants to talk about it. If you are worried that it might be a demon acting like this deceased loved one, or you are just not sure about it, then I would walk in every room and say "In the name of Jesus Christ, I rebuke all spirits of the devil." Command them to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. If this loved one is of the Lord, then he can stay if you want him to. Just say that.

Young children quite oftenj see the dead and communicate with them. This talent is usually squashed by the parent who can't believe the wonderful event has happened and that their child is especially gifted. Said child -one who was rebuked by his adults for seeing spirits- usually becomes a bedwetting arsonist sociopath in later life. Or a politician. Or Televangelist...

Truly, kids can see these, and communicate with them, and if encouraged, this gift can be strengthened.

Sometimes things happen that defy explanation or our understanding. As long as he is not frightened or injured in any way and this is a positive thing for him , I'm not sure you have to do or say anything. This may pass on and he may go on to other things and interests. I would neither encourage nor discourage this but allow him to express himself to you as he needs to. If for some reason it becomes a problem then you may want to seek counseling.

children are wonderfully natural little mediums
and there is nothing at all to fear
all my children have seen and spoken to spirit .. and all spirit want to do is be a guiding light for the children
they do grow out of it somewhat ... as life gets in the way and they have more physical learning to do
so just leave things as they are .. dont worry about it .. dont encourage but dont discourage it
but if i can help any more .. please feel free to get in touch xx

That can be dangerous...and this is why.

They are called familiar spirits. Usually, a minion of Satan will take on this traits of a familiar spirit, usually a family member or friend.

Them moving would be a good start. You truly don't know who this spirit belongs too...it could be pure evil.

I would talk with your pastor, minister, priest, bishop...etc

Somehow he got hold of that information. Maybe another family member told him this stuff and his imagination went from there. Little children pick up on things and their minds are very fertile. Don't encourage him in this, and he should be okay.
