No. There are several phases and accompanying sizes of a normal penis. Largest and longest is a penis that is fully erect and engorged just prior to ejaculation. Average is 5-7 inches. The shaft will stretch to its full length, thicken and the head will swell at that point. In earlier stages of erection or morning wood, the penis is erect, but may be as much as an inch or two shorter than its greatest length, and the circumference will be smaller. Semi-erect, the penis is shorter as well, (usually down-pointing) and at normal flaccid state, the penis will be quite small-a little larger in blacks than whites, but only a couple of inches in length. Even if you pull out on a flaccid penis, it won't stretch out to the fully erect length. Then of course there is cold weather/swimming pool penis, when it shrinks down so little there is almost nothing to grab when you need to pee.

No a flaccid penis will usually be smaller than when erect. A flaccid penis is about 1 to 2 inches shorter than an erect one. Also, in cool weather it will even get smaller. If you want your soft penis to hang nicely over your scrotum then you need to play with your penis until it is semi hard and then stop. and it will stay that way for a short while. You are okay and a soft penis for a boy your age is about 2 inches in length.

We know that there are varying sizes of non erect penises as there are erect ones. It depends on the individual. If your penis is 3 inches when soft, it can go to 6 or 7 inches when hard. There are guys that seem to have only a stub but when it goes it goes and can be 6 or 7 inches or more ready for action whether it be masturbating or real sex.

No, a flaccid(unerect) is supposed to be smaller than erect. When erect, it fills up w/ blood which makes it bigger. Flaccid would probably be around 2-3 inches, I'd say. Erect is about 6.5.

It'll look smaller when it isn't hard. It may be right down tiny. But no big deal. It's still growing and if you get a hard on from time to time that means it's working good. You have nothing to worry about.

nope........it should get about 2 er so inches bigger. well fer me...im about 4 when not, and 6 when i am....so. hope this helps.....when i was 13 it was about 3 1/2 er so. dont worry, its no big deal. ur fine the way you are. :-)
