For acne or any sort of skin problem the best thing to do is have a good diet, use oil cleansing method to clean your face with (I'll explain this further down), and use tea tree oil or witch hazel gel on spots when you do get them.

Your pubic hair shouldn't be shaved because it is too course/thick that is why you get razor rash and ingrown hairs. There is no reason at all to remove your pubic hair, but if you really do want to remove it then use waxing or shaving powder (powder used by black men as they have thicker facial hair than other races), don't use hair removal cream as it is not made for that area and it is full of nasty chemicals that are bad for you.

In my opinion neither pads or tampons are any good, tampons are very bad for vaginal health, and pads are uncomfortable and not enough to deal with my flow, I use a menstrual cup, in particular I use a Mooncup – http://www.mooncup.co.uk – they are safe, convenient, environmentally friendly, body-positive, cheap, hygienic, etc.
All the women I know either use a menstrual cup or cloth pads because tampons are so bad, as they prevent your vagina from cleaning itself, absorb discharge as well as menses, give bacteria a place to multiply, leave fibres in your vagina, and commercial tampons also contain chemicals and bleach, so tampons significantly increase your risk of infections and toxic shock syndrome.

You may want to look into all your menstrual options;

Commercial tampons – e.g. Tampax
Organic tampons – e.g. Natracare
Soft tampons – e.g. Gynotex
Sponge tampons – e.g. Jade & Pearl
Homemade tampons
Padettes – e.g. Miniform
Commercial pads – e.g. Always
Organic pads – e.g. Natracare
Cloth pads – e.g. Gladrags
Homemade pads
Padded panties –e.g. Lunapanties
Toilet paper
Period blankets
Silicone bell-shaped menstrual cups – e.g. Divacup
Rubber bell-shaped cups – e.g. Keeper
Softcups – e.g. Instead
Diaphragms as menstrual cups
Homemade menstrual cups
Extraction
Free-flow
Free-flow layering
Free-flow instinctive.

Masturbation is not a bad thing, it is one of the most normal and healthy things a person can do, most people masturbate, even babies still within the womb touch themselves to comfort themselves.
There is no reason to stop, I would suggest if you feel you do want to stop to ask yourself why you want to stop and deal with any issues you have with your body or sex that are making you feel this way.
Masturbation is healthy not only is it a safe form of sex for girls it is really important for sexual well-being because it teaches girls about their bodies and how they like to have sex, because society only teaches us sex the way men enjoy it (penis to vagina penetration) where only around 30% of women reach orgasm because simply our bodies aren't made to enjoy sex that way, masturbation lets you know how you like to be touched so you can tell your partner and enjoy yourself.
Masturbation helps you to relax and de-stress, this is also good when you are on your period because it helps with menstrual cramps if/when you get them as it contracts and relaxes your uterus and improves blood flow, for that reason it can also be used to induce your period (make your period come early if it is late) or induce miscarriage.

Oil Cleansing Method [OCM]

Most people start with a 50:50 mix of Extra Virgin Olive Oil : Castor Oil, EVOO is moisturizing where as Castor Oil is cleansing – some people will use other oils (I personally use nothing but Jojoba oil) and will change the mix to perhaps 75:25 or 25:75 depending on their skin type (i.e. if your skin is dry you would use more EVOO to moisturize), and some will also add essential oils such as lavender or tea tree oil (both help prevent and treat spots) – one advantage of OCM is that it is totally customisable so if your skin type changes, as it does very often, you can change the mix to suit your skin.

You put the oil onto your face, then take a facecloth that has been into hot water and rung out and put the facecloth onto your face, leave the facecloth on your face for a minute so it is similar to steaming your face to open up your pores, then wipe off the oil – follow with a toner such as Rosewater to help clean off any small excess oil and tighten your pores after they have been opened by the heat of the facecloth.

Reason it works is because it does not strip your skin of it's natural oils – when you wash your face with washes or soap it strips the natural oils that help keep your skin healthy and help keep your pores clean, so your skin is not only not as healthy as it should be but your skin also produces a load more oil to make up for all it has lost.

Reason for OCM being so good is not only is it VERY good for your skin, but it is also very customisable, cheap, easy to get a hold of, easy to use, does not support animal testing (as many commercial products do) and does not contain a load of toxic chemicals (as many commercial products do).

If you have a look at the following links these go into more detail;

Ok,lets start with the first question.lol.
Acne. The best way to get rid of it and keep it under control is change your eating habits.Drink alot of water and last but definately not least...Make sure your face is clean.Buy a facial cleanser i use Clearasil Daily Face Wash.It removed excess oil, dirt and it does not dry out your skin so it can be used daily. If you sweat make sure you wash your face.Another thing,if you get acne /blackheads that sort of thing, steam your face.Once you do this, splash your face with cool/cold/ice water.Doing so will cause your pores to open up in turn release any trapped dirt in your pores. The purpose of splashing them with cool/cold/ice water is that it will close your pores back up.Make sure your face is clean.
Shaving the bikini area, well i havent had the red and bumpy thing yet,i have however heard many speak of It.It isnt bad,but that particular spot is more open to ingrown hairs.I would say that after you shave, that you should use some talc powder, also they sale many powders for that particular reason.Maybe you would be better off waxing tho.You decide.
Pads or Tampons? Well,i actually alternate. Some days, like the lighter days,i tend to prefer pads over tampons. On the not so light days i prefer tampons. However, you have to be careful of tampons that you change them regularly.
Masturbation.Masturbation is perfectly normal it is perfectly healthy. However,if you feel you need to stop or you are uncomfortable during or after doing so then you are not ready for it.It is normal, and it isnt bad but! You do need to be ready or else you will feel uncomfortable. It is normal as that is a way to explore your body and become familiar with it.That is good, because you exploring your body and yourself allows for you to understand your body. However, you should explore it and not allow anyone else to do so just yet as their will be plenty of time in your adult life for that.
Good luck and i hope i answered all your questions!

Acne - improve your diet, and make sure you aren't using soaps that aggravate it - I can't use body washes because it makes my back and boobs break out.
Shaving - you're better off getting waxed. If you are going to shave there, use a brand new razor blade each time.
I hate tampons.
Masterbation is perfectly normal and healthy - just make sure that everything you are using is clean. No reason to stop unless it's interfering with your life - I find it great stress relief.

All I can offer is that I use a creme called Man1 Man Oil after I shave down there and it helps keep my skin from becoming chafed and irritated. It contains lots of moisturizing vitamins and shea butter too. It is made just for the penis skin, so it works great and is safe too. I assume there is a similar product for women. You might want to look into it. Hope this helps.

1st, you probably shouldn't swim because sometimes you can have some blood clots come out at the end in the water, no good. 2nd. i bet you could use a tampon, you just need to discover yourself. there is only one hole that a tampon will fit in that is not your butt, it is behind your urethra which is a pin sized hole and not all the way to your butt. and use a regular or light absorbency tampon with a plastic applicator with a rounded tip, read all the directions. i am sure you will be able to figure it out a successfully use tampons after this. but do not expect to get it right on your first try, or even your second. if you really can not find the right hole do this--------> lay down start in your vulva in the middle then push the tampon to your body then start slowly sliding it back and when you get to the back of your vagina you should feel the hole, then push the applicator in and the directions tell you from there. you can contact me if you have any other questions.

ok, first of all, masturbation is not bad, why would it be?
now, for the rest....
tampons for days you aren't cramping and pads for days you are, shave if you want (whatever makes you comfortable. don't do it every day to avoid bumps) and try clean and clear products for your skin. that's all i have to say....
