I work for a nationwide company/corporation (assisted living provider to be specific). I have worked there 8 months. Over this time, I have acquired the maximum amount of write-up's. My next write-up will undoubtedly lead to termination.

I could easily switch jobs but I am in the midst of receiving medical treatment via the company's insurance. I do not know the policy about switching providers in the middle of treatment, so to stay on the safe side, I would just rather stick with the provider I have. However, I do not have the job security that I would like because of these write-ups. If I were to switch to a different location within the company, would my write-ups be transferred as well? Ideally, this is a good option because I can keep my insurance and lose my write-ups.

If you have a better solution to my situation, please feel free to make alternate recommendations.

A blond guy gets home early from work and hears strange noises coming from the bedroom. He rushes upstairs to find his wife naked on the bed, sweating and panting. "What's up?" he says.

"I'm having a heart attack", she cries.

The blond guy rushes downstairs to grab the phone, but just as he's dialling, his 4-year-old comes up and says, "Daddy! Daddy! Uncle Ted's hiding in your closet and he's got no clothes on!"

The guy slams the phone down and storms upstairs into the bedroom, past his screaming wife, and rips open the wardrobe door.

Sure enough, there is his brother, totally naked, cowering on the closet floor. "You rotten pig" says the husband, "my wife's having a heart attack and you're running around naked scaring the kids!"

My husband couldnt get our new car seat installed in the parking lot of Target, so he was upset and returned it. On the way home he kept yelling at me over and over (our baby was in the back seat) I didnt want him to return it (last one) I just wanted him to stop yelling, especially in front of the baby. I told him I would get out if he didnt stop screaming. So he tells me to get the "F" out. Backround: Im pregnant with our second, it was 9:30 PM and dark, in a town I didnt live in. He left. He just never came back! He took our son and just left me there. I left 2 voicemails telling him I was cold and didnt want friends to know he left me. I cant wrap my head around this. We have been in counseling recently, he has major problems with feeling inadequate And I have problems giving directions.

We havent talked for two days (Im staying at my parents) Im 34; no young kid. What should I do? I mean would a man no matter how angry just do this if he REALLY loved his wife? HELP

On limewire what does SPEED & BITRATE mean?? Ok I know what speed means but it normally has one of these descriptions for the SPEED of the songs: T3 or Higher, Cable/DSL, T1 or Modem and sometimes some work especially "T3 or Higher" but not all the others do. Can someone explain what they each mean and why some work and others don't?
Also what is the BITRATE??

P.s-Also please try and explain as simply as possible because I'm not good on computer language;)

My Boyfriend and I have not been as well as when we first started dating, He has lost his job and recked his car. He is critical or either just being honest but in a rude way. He never wants to go out. i was expecting my period so i put in a light tampon. i saw that there was blood and brown discharge on it when i took it out and i put in a pad, but after 4 hours of the pad i put in another tampon i took it out in like two seconds to see if i had stopped my period or not and there was blood and brown discharge on it! when i had the pad in i could feel it coming out, but there was nothing on the pad. does anyone know whats up? thanx!

ok, now shes 13 I'm 15. We've been friends since like I wuz 7. Now it is totally obvious, because she makes herself perfectly clear, that she wants nothing more than to be friends. I am respeceting that, and giving her space, we havent talked about it 4 3 weeks. My question is, does she like me at all, or is she scared, cuz she says she doesnt want to ruin a friendship??

But, like a few months ago, it was completely obvious she liked me, I mean people thought we were dating, then she found out I liked her, and she reall backed off. And she told her mom, who she is really close to , that she is really scared, because she doesnt want to take the chance of ruining the friendship. But what should I do/ think:? My daughter is almost 5 months old but she drinks only 5 oz every 4 hrs.I have to feed her twice at night even if she does not wake up bcoz my doc said she should be drinking atleat 24 oz in a day.

I have so many questions regarding the PELL Grant:
1) I'm a white female and completely financially dependant, how much money could I get?
2) How do they determine how much money you will get?
3) Will it cover my housing cost or some of it?
