Is there any way (other than a camera) of taking screen shots from my Xbox360 and getting them onto my PC?

In particular I am after taking screenshots from "Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion".

Plenty of game sites like www.gamespot.com have tons of screenies, how did they get them?

If there are foods that we should avoid, can we eat them occassionaly, or would you not eat them at all? What is your opinion of boxed foods, and eating restaurant food often?
What foods are especially good for us, in your opinion?
Do you think your diet is good? Does it need improvement?
Is vegetarianism healthy?
I try very hard to eat properly, and probably 80% of my diet is very good...BUT there's always that little temptation, at certain times or occasions, where the devil wins :!) and I just blow it!!!

You don't know how hard it is out there. Being whistled at all the time. Guys trying to cop a feel on the subway. Bosses and ministers always trying to make a move on you. Married men waiting until afterwards to show you their ring. It's just all wrong.

Bushs' war in Iraq, has bred thousands of new terrorist for us to worry about.This war has sucked millions upon millions of Dollars from our country.This money would be better spent protecting our porous borders,checking cargo coming into the country,securing nuclear plants,chemical plants and other key targets.Why do we need to be in Iraq?Didn't we come in friendship,to topple Saddam?No WMDs,so they were no threat to us.We don't need to export "democracy",ours isn't in to great of shape.We aren't the worlds policeman.If we came to liberate the Iraqs,why do they keep killing us?they see us as an invader now.This war makes our country MUCH LESS safe.don't you think? should I say "can you think" Our current war mongering leaders can't seem to.Find and fight our real enemys,remeber,Iraqis arent supposed to be our enemys,they wernt the terrorists!where is Osama,and his bunch?watch now,as republicans call dems weak on terror,as the reps.are in fact supporting it! out they go in two months!!

I met this woman this summer that completely blew my mind. I've never been with a women before and she's into women completely .
I've been married for 3 years, and with my husband for 6 years, and have two children with him.

This Girl loves my kids so much that my youngest child calls her mommy. My husband got to know her too and they became bestfriends and he loves her like a little sister and would do anything for her.
We spent so much time together this summer that all I can do is think of her. I dream about her, think about her, fantasise about her. She left town 3 days ago, and Im so sad and confused.
Has anyone been through this. I dont know what to do. She's not in town anymore, but she calls me everyday, or IM me dirty notes.
I dont want to hurt my husband, but Im so confused.. Will this feeling go away?

Stem cells and what they can do for sick people is a medical miracle yet the Bush government stands on some high religious pedestal and says not in our backyards. If not in America where then? Are we going to wait while some other country in the world like Sweden develops this technology then they can have all the jobs and money from people who want to use this miracle of life? I asked a question about breast size and the first response made me laugh. Men, especially your man will tell you what you want to hear. If you are petite, he will say that he only likes petite women. If a woman is flat, he will give a reason why flat women are the best. They are not going to say, my gosh you have a flat butt and I really do not like that come on now. He is going to try to stay out of the dog house. I would like input from both.
