How do you take screenshots on an Xbox360?

Is there any way (other than a camera) of taking screen shots from my Xbox360 and getting them onto my PC?

In particular I am after taking screenshots from "Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion".

Plenty of game sites like www.gamespot.com have tons of screenies, how did they get them?

I dont know, but would love to know the answer...

Id assume they link the Console output to
a recording device as well, either dvd recorder of P.c (media file)

...
