I try very hard to eat properly, and probably 80% of my diet is very good...BUT there's always that little temptation, at certain times or occasions, where the devil wins :!) and I just blow it!!!

its ok to indulge yourself sometimes, but still nedd to stick to your healthy eating plan at the end. u can probably avoid as much as possible or eat sparingly junk food, deep fried foods and fast foods. they are all fats and cholesterol. some sweets and cakes are fine, as long u dont eat too often since they're high in sugar. exercise more, so that u never restrict what you eat. i love cakes and cookies and desserts, but i dont get fat that easy.. exercise is the key. u can eat anything u want as long as u find the way to lose it

In my opinion i think we should watch what we always eat. If you are health conscious then obviously you should have more foods that are fiber rich and have a high vitamin content. Boxed foods and restaurants are ok but should regulate them to once or twice a month. If your diet is going well along with working out and exercising then you should have no problems along the way. I know what you mean about blowing it. Temptations will always be there in those high calorie hi cholesterol but if you manage your diet and weight then you can have something like a pizza, a hamburger or whatever.

Just remember: Practice soon becomes perfect. Just avoid the temptation for sweets, and soon, you won't want them anymore. But always eat foods with a ton of fiber and with NO partially hydrogenated or hydrgenated oils. Good Luck!
