I've got a 100" Revtech motor purchased early 2005. It has run hot from day 1. The timming is set. it's jetted properly(rich if anything) added oil cooler and running 60wt oil. The ***** still runs 225-250 oil temp under typical riding conditions. We recently spoke with a Harley engine builder we know who told us many Revtech engines have a breather/oiling problem that Revtech is aware of. They have not recalled the motors ( but rather call the repair " an upgrade) Its a modification to the breather passages.HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS PROBLEM in other motors and do you know of any service bulletins?
