For your information, Rolls-Royce has an outlet in India, which sells Phantoms. There is only one and hope your friend can find that. There people would oblige even if you want to foot the bill in pound sterling provided you have the money.

Is there a Rolls-Royce dealership near you or your friends place? If so, got there with the money in hand and buy one. Be prepared to spend upwards of one million dollars.

Getting a Rolls Royce requires more of a "Status" than money. I know many celebrities who couldn't get it even though they have loads of cash ;)

New or used, pardon me, pre-driven? Believe it or not, there are Rolls for sale here in America on ebay. Avoid any luxury automobile that does not have documentation (maintenance records) and matching VIN for all major parts.
