because you take everything for granite.and its always a bfd because your a little kid(or act like one) and have no respect for what you have and complain about it

Because we are human. That is the way that we work. I don't know why, but it is. If we didn't want what we didn't have what point would there to working, making money. Wanting something you don't have gives a person goals, a reason to live. We strive to get what we don't have. Looking into the future the things we want when we grow up. Etc! And sometimes we take it too far. This natural want is good, but it keeps us wanting more. So we just have to try and figure out the difference between what is a normal want an what is just pure jealousy. It is never wrong to want, as long as you work for it. And hey even today if you got curly hair and you want straight, if you got blond hair and you want red. You can change it lol. If it wasn't for people wanting what they don't have there would be no hair dye in the store, there wouldn't be miracle grow for bald people lol, and there wouldn't be perms and so on. This stuff was all invented for people who wanted something they didn't have. Also the same with pregnancy, you can take fertility drugs, you can be artifically implanted, etc. All for people who want children they can't seem to have. None of that is natural. Does this all make sense? lol

I want a new cell phone cuz mine got water damage. but I'm not gettin one cuz my parent's won't buy me another and I don't have the money right now.

I don't think anyone knows why. It's part of human nature and if you know for sure you can't have it, then you have to learn to except that.

Cause we are a selfish nation!!! We want what EVERYONE else has...and ya know what...100% sure that if we got EVERYTHING we wanted...we still wouldn't be happy!!!

we want what we cant have b/c its a challenge..when we have it we technically dont want it anymore b/c we already have it..and when it wants us and we know it wants us, we dont want it..it stupid but thats life
