a friend wants to sell his double eide trailer all ready set up in a trailer park who do you call to sell it?

I think, you would sell it just like any other property, except you don't own the land it's on. I would look at the real estate book they pass out free at the grocery store.

Your friend should probably also check with the office of the trailer park too, because they can probably give him some guidance on the subject.

Actually, he might be required to notify them if he's attempting to sell his trailer, so he should probably check with them anyway.

Check out different realtors. Some don't like to sell trailers
because of market conditions and a lot of times there are
financing issues - most banks don't like to make loans on
trailers . If he doesn't mind the hassle, better he sells it himself
for cash.

Sell it yourself and save 6 % of the total.
Classified ads are not expensive. With ads, hold open house. Use Open House signs outside the park, with or without ads.
