Hello all...I am a teenager, but I would rather not say my real age. I am overweight, and I need to lose around 30 pounds, hopefully within say 6 to 8 weeks. I dont have any excersise machines other than an Ab-Lounge that was my mothers. I do have a bike though, and plenty of space to ride the bike and walk. My question for you all is, alongside a diet, what excersise plan do you guys and girls think I should use. I cant pay for diet programs or anything like that, so Jenny Craig is obviously out of the option list:lol: Thank you for your time.

I'm on a team thats for 9-12th grade kids but its not sponsored by the school. The coach doesn't get paid, it was all voluntary, but she's really...I don't know how to put it. She scheduled practices for 4:00 - 5:30 and none of us get out of school until 3:30 and the field is half an hour away. She says she had things scheduled before she even started coaching, and that that was the only time available to her. She didn't have to sign up if she had other things to do. But anyway, the schedule leaves us no time to get ready. She never has us stretch before OR after practices/games and we've done NO defensive drills. She complains that we give up towards the end of the game, and tells us she doesn't have to take that kind of crap when we'd never played a 90 minute game with only 2 subs. How on earth do I have FUN during soccer with such a coach?

Yes, by the way, all I stated is true, it is OUR computer, a home for men, with visitors at times, and you are incorrect in assuming also that only by knowing a password can someone get into the contents of email address. Our computer is not always totally , well, I don't know the terminology, all the sites always closed when someone gets off it, so we have seen some "accidents". Ever since I was a little kid I've consistantly had a number plague me, most of the time I look at the clock its approx 9:11. Sometimes both AM and PM and sometimes one or the other.. oddly enough, I actually wrote about this when I was a kid, and still to this day I do it, not everyday but it comes and goes. Imagine the oddity of the terrorist attacks on that day, I often have people call me at 9:11, or arrive places at 9:11, its just plain wierd =( Now much to my dismay, I'm traveling for business tomorrow, 9:11 into Logan airport... Im a little freaked out.. Anyone know why people who have the tendacy to see the same times or have things seamingly occur at or around a certian time?
