G W Bush (As in George Walker Bush) is president of the USA not. J Bush. Jeb Bush is Governor of Florida. GW is a person just like everyone else. He is sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes stupid, and sometimes smart. He has been very popular during parts of his presidency and very unpopular during other parts of his presidency. Only history will be able to say if he is a good president or bad president. I would like to say good but we will see how his decisions affect the world in the future. History records that President Reagan was a good president because his decisions resulted in the end of of communism behind the "Iron Curtain"and a strong economy.
