I havent seen my boyfriend in about a year, and im afraid i put on some weight, i dont wanna turn him off. im not fat fat im regular, but i wanna loose 10-15 pounds in a month, how can i, no dumb answers.

I just got off the phone with my boyfriend and he wanted to go out. I told him that I wasn't feeling well. He got what I relaly ment and then procedeed to tell me that I couldn't be in that much pain because he's read up on it for his pre med classes and it didn't seem that painful. To which I told him that the pain is made worse by raging hormones and why couldn't he be more considerate, since he's never going to experience it in his life. He told me it couldn't be as bad as getting kicked in the balls and I told him it was worse. Then he said "Well I'll see you tomorrow...if you're not in too much pain." really sacarstically. H eknows that I have to take perscription puills for the pain already and alot of times they don't work.
This is not the first time i have had this problem so I pose this problem to men and women alike. WHy do guys think we're making up how much pain we are in when its that time of the month?

Okay, so I'm a girl, senior in school, and I don't know how to dance. I've always been shy about going to school dances, but I don't want to miss or mess up Prom or ASB Ball this year so I'm begging for help on how to dance.

Whenever I'm on the dance floor, I'm usually the one standing awkwardly in the midst of everyone else having fun. I try to move with the music, but I can't figure out how to move (what with, which way, etc.). I tried imitating other people, but that makes me a second or two behind and it's weird if they spot me. I know no dance moves whatsoever!! It always feels like I'm making a spectacle out of myself. And that's when I'm alone. What if someone asks me to dance?!

Please help me!!!

I have been going to a all-guys college prep. school ever since I was born. Now entering my senior year, I guess now more than ever I really want a girl friend. It really is strarting to bother me now because it seems as though almost all of my closest friends have a girl freind. The only problem is that I have a problem speaking to girls. I have tried to tell my brother, because he is my closet friend inside my family, but he looked at me funny, and I was afraid of that The only people that I have told were: my best friend, and my parents. My mom was understanding, and so was my sep-father. But my grand parents, and my aunt like to gossip, even though I fell comfortable around them. So I konw, that if I tell one of them, everybody in my family knows. And on top of it all, sometimes, my emotions get the best of me.
Everybody knows how teenagers can be when you come out the closet, and your confused. They like to take advantage of it by making fun of you, hurting your feelings. I'm afraid, that if I do come out, everybody won't except me, and that will twist with my mind alot, especially with my emotions. I will start to feel like an outcast, and I don't want that feeling.
