I havent seen my boyfriend in about a year, and im afraid i put on some weight, i dont wanna turn him off. im not fat fat im regular, but i wanna loose 10-15 pounds in a month, how can i, no dumb answers.

Well, I'm not young, I'm 30, but here is my healthy eating plan that keeps me thin and cute.
Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal, with 1tsp flaxseed oil, 1/2 grapefruit, water
Mid-Morning snack:
1/4 cup of dry almonds
or
1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1tbsp of almond butter (you can purchase this at Whole Foods), water
Lunch:
Tuna and lettuce wrap. Take a can of tuna, and wrap it in a lettuce leaf, and add vinagrette dressing for taste, with a side of steamed broccoli, 1 rice cake (Lunsberg brand is the best from Whole Foods).
Afternoon snack:
bunch of grapes
or
1 apple
Dinner:
Boneless, skinless chicken breast (baked in lemon oil and Ms. Dash), OR salmon with 1/2 cup brown rice, and steamed vegetables. water
Dessert:
Plain vanilla yogurt.
Eat this every day
No food after 8 p.m.
3 days of 1 hour cardio (run!!!! Run like Forrest Gump). I run 3-4 days a week and it keeps you really lean, I promise. If you cannot run, then run for a minute or two, and then walk really fast, pump those arms. Then, when you have caught your breath, run some more. I suggest if you have no experience running, then run on a soft track (like at a nearby highschool). Alternate with 3 days of 1 hour total body weight training. Use 3-20lb. dumbbells to tone your body. If you have no experience in strength training purchase "Strength Training Anatomy for Women" by Frederic Delavier. It's a popular book, so you can buy it any major bookstore. Take Sundays off. Good luck, I hope you lose the weight. But remember, besides exercise, a clean diet (not starvation) is the key.

If he can't accept you for who you are then he doesn't deserve you. All that you have to do is exercise and eat right and you'll lose some of the weight in a months time. But loosing too much weight at once can be harmful to your body.

ok now plz follow these thing to loose weight in 10 days
u dont have much time so u need to do things very careful
work out for 2 hours in a day drink a lot of water dont eat if u feel hungry slice lemon n eat it ur hunger will just goo away n keep drinking lot and lot of water dont u willl 100% loose weight in 7 days n drink just 1 cup of milk and a bannana in the moring when u get up u need energy to work out right plz dont eat any thing other dan this i am fully sure u will loose weight n dont forget eating lemon when u r hungry it is difficult but it works if u just cant eat lemon ,, squzee 2 lemons in a glass of water in drink it kepp drinking till ur hungey goes away n no sugur just water and lemon and plz dont forget the 1 cup of milk and 1 bannana and 2 hours of work out!!! ok,,,, gud luck any more question u can come online or mail at pretty_rsr@yahoo.com will allways help u t.c i am sure u will loose weight bye bye

skip the snack sbut if you have a craving fruits and vegetables. watch your calories and carbs. work out every day for 2 hours (1 hour at the least) always be happy dont stress and regret. drink NOTHING bt water (even milk, OJ, etc..) sleep at 10:30 pm and wake up at 7:00 am every night live a happy healthy life!

as bad as it sounds, south beach diet does work, especially for short term. you should definetely not drink alcohol, not even a sip. also there is a book you can get at a library - fat flush - it's got a lot of helpful advice very interesting for life choices as well. don't get gung ho about running, if you work TOO hard, you'll only burn muscle and sugar, just fast pace walking for about an hour a day will burn actual fat, also water water water!!!!!!!

Eat 1000-1250 calories per day. Dont drink any pop or beer. only water. eat mostly fruits, veggies, and low fat items like chicken and fish. no red meat it has way to much calories. excercise every day but 4-5 days per week should be 1 hour of tough excercise like running or biking fast. You should lose 2 lbs per week.
