It seems like a subconscience game. If you tell a guy, or your man, that you will call him back. Are there times, where you want him to call you?

No I don't play games.
On the 3 day rule thing regarding how long a guy should wait to call a girl after he gets her number: Don't wait! If she's interested she'll be happy to hear from you that night or 3 nights later. If she's not, you'll look like a horse's rump either way. The rule is another game! Just call the same night and say something funny.

yes i agree with you i would hope the guy would call me back first and say he was just calling to say hi or ask to do something with. but in todays time and age it seems like females are more aggresive .but even so it would be nice to get a phone call from the guy it just seems to make more sense to me i think when they say i will call you back it means or you can call me also. i hope this makes sense to you.

It is all part of the Hunt and the Chase! Sometimes women will play hard-to-get to see if the man is serious about her, if he really wants her. Sometimes it is convoluted head games, sometimes it is simply human, animal nature.

It dont matter if they dont call you call them. I tell my friends all the time " I will call you" sometimes I do, sometimes I forget, sometimes I do call but at a later date, sometimes they call me.
As for my man, when I tell my husband I am going to call I always do. Likewise when he tells me he will call he always does.
