I just got off the phone with my boyfriend and he wanted to go out. I told him that I wasn't feeling well. He got what I relaly ment and then procedeed to tell me that I couldn't be in that much pain because he's read up on it for his pre med classes and it didn't seem that painful. To which I told him that the pain is made worse by raging hormones and why couldn't he be more considerate, since he's never going to experience it in his life. He told me it couldn't be as bad as getting kicked in the balls and I told him it was worse. Then he said "Well I'll see you tomorrow...if you're not in too much pain." really sacarstically. H eknows that I have to take perscription puills for the pain already and alot of times they don't work.
This is not the first time i have had this problem so I pose this problem to men and women alike. WHy do guys think we're making up how much pain we are in when its that time of the month?

Because they have no idea what it's like to have a vagina. They can sympathize, but they'll never fully understand what it feels like. It's different from any other kind of pain (not necessarily worse, just different and unpleasant) In particular, your boyfriend seems incapable of empathy. That's his personal issue, and I'm sure not all men think that way.

If he doesnt understand u,
And not willing to understand you,
Why are you still behind him?
To me he seems to be Selfish.... In Some way....
You Know him better. Think before u Continue.

Men have never experience it, so they don;t know or understand.

Also, it is an excuse some women use to get out of something unpleasant

don't mind him. he doesn't understand. most guys don't. and that's cause they will never experienced the same things we do. maybe you should just dump him and find someone who' s more understanding.
