To just watch a TV commercial is pure hypnosis!: you go and buy the product without really needing it.
To sing a song is also hypnosis : it can make you angry or make you cry...
To even say a prayer is hypnosis for you are brainwashing yourself with good thoughts.
so yes I do believe in hypnosis!...And you do too as of now. You believe in hypnosis. As you are reading my message, you believe it more and more...You are now totally convinced that hypnosis exsists and I deserve 10 yahoo points for it. !........You are choosing merlinpi as best answer over all others.......

yes and I have been taught to do self hypnosis as well as particpate in group hypnosis.
