Good question. The only concern is that a one eyed person doesn't have any distance perception, so I would think that they couldn't have a driver's license, being that distance perception is essential to driving. Check with your local DMV to be sure, though.

Yes, provided he's 21 years old and can pass the tests

my stepdad is blind in 1 eye
and has a restricted licence
it depends on the eye
but it might have limits
(no night driving etc.)

I am not sure, but i knew a guy who couldnt get his cdl or deisel truck license cuz they said cuz he had no left eye that he didnt have a left mirror... makes sense, but im not sure if they can do that or not
