I'm sorry if this sounds ignorant but this question has got me really curious!

Yes, blind people blink, blinking has nothing to do with one's vision, it is the body's natural way of keeping the eyes moist and keeping them clean of minute particles such as dust. And no, your question is not all ignorant if you truly did not know and were curious. Never apologize for trying to learn, okay? :-)

Everyone needs to blink to keep their eyes moist. Blinking is a natural thing for the blind or seeing. I hope this helps.

Just because someone is blind doesn't mean they do not need to lubricate their eyes with blinking.

blind people blink. it's one of those things no one can control. they need to blink too. cause even if they can't use their eyes, the eyes are still there.and their eyes hurt if hey're exposed to long. like ours.

Yes they do because it is a reflex...Also if they didn't they could get an eye infection
