I mean seriously, why is it such a big deal any ways? They already living together and having sex. What's the difference if they have a piece of paper with their signatures proving their commitment to each other?

You stopped making a connnection on any level with your intimate. The conversations either ended in argument or dissmissed because they didn't agree with or conform to the mind set of your partner. The harder you try to get along with them the more disasterous the situation gets. They demand your undevided attention and have expectations of you that your role of spouse is now a role of servitude with verbal assault, alienation of affection or selfish gratification leaving your heart, mind and spirit more hollow and empty than before. Courage seems to have left your body leaving you afraid to do what needs to be done. The degradation of the relationship is also deminished you as a person and somehow you have lost your identity as well as autonomy which is continually erroded away by the flood of reckless indifference to any emotion, need, want or desire. You have had your character assasinated over and over again with lies and disassociation from friend and family. Hope for help......

Did this guy take time off to detox from steriods? He looks about 40 lbs lighter. He lost alot of muscle all of a sudden. His before body was abviously full of something illegal. You don't get a body like that without something extra. I don't care how much you work out. Any bodybuilder will tel you that.

I just paid 600 to get out a plan to get a home. I make enough money to get house, so I decided to get a real big cool one. But when I was in the process of the getting the loan I regretted it. For the time in my life I have money, I'm buying sutff like soccer balls, footballs, baseball equipment, rockclimbing equipment, good rollerblades, I can save and maybe go to China, or make a trip to Japann. I always wanted trampoline, and I can get one. I can afford things now like going horseback riding, going scuba, I lvoe being able to afford bowling, and even pay for someone else's dinner. I was going to lose all that if I had gone ahead and taken the loan to get the house. I just wouldn't be able to afford spoiling myself.

Am I stupid for backing down?

So I'll be divorced in 3 weeks. I have a really large diamond ring set from my marriage. I still think it's beuatiful and all but obviously I'm never going to wear it. I hate seeing it and I know I could get some good money for it.

But I just feel like such a loser selling it.

Talk me into it!

ps- my x was a jerk and I have no attachment to him whatsoever. No bad feelings even - just nothing.

I am a forty something year old divorced man living in the midwest. Nearly two years ago I attended my HS reunion & fell hard for my HS girlfriend who was also divorced. Unfortunately she lives 300 miles away and seeing ech other can be dificult. We are both very sucessful in our careers but I do earn quite a bit more than she. I have two teenage children and she has one. All three of the kids get along fabulously.
I guess what I am asking is should I continue the relationship if she is not willing to relocate any time soon. I love her dearly but being apart can be very dificult. I know that she can find work where I live but she seems to think that she cannot. I even offered to support her financially but she declined as she is a very proud woman. (As you can tell I am very fond of her)

I've been looking for a part-time job in the banking industry, most likely as a teller, and I've applied on the JPMorganChase Careers website... if anybody's a teller for Chase, can you tell me if/when I might hear from them? Does it take awhile for the online application to process down to the branch? Or should I just look online at JPMorganChase.com and then go directly to the location where the job listing is?
