There is no cure for HIV at the moment although they are working on one, the best thing with that is to make sure you always have protected sex and then you don't need to worry about a cure for HIV as you wont get it

No cure as of yet, but only a retro-viral antidote.
If the disease keeps mutating, there may never be a cure, but let's hope that doesn't happen.
Like the others above mentioned, the best way to stop the spread of HIV is preventative measures, like sex only through marriage, and not sharing needles to do drugs with, or better yet, to avoid drugs altogether.

The only cure for HIV is your immune system. No medication can help you get rid of HIV since almost all drugs are only treating the symptoms and not targeting the cause.

We have about 500 viruses (which most are dormant) in our system, ex: virus that causes chicken pox, but majority if not all people that bursts with chicken pox can get rid off that virus on their own, if you do get it you won't have it again. The only reason why that is so is because our immune system knows what to do. Once our immune system gets threatened by a enemy it will teach our body to watch for signs and setup guard in case that enemy want to strike again. The difference is that HIV is a smart enemy that camouflages itself to trick our guards (immune system) and setup camping grounds in our territory. Still at this stage is OK, because in the beginning no direct harm. Now, if you can teach or train your guards to watch them and shorten response time if and when being attacked, your chances of winning this battle is very high, and perhaps make it just virus 501 (dormant forever), lower chances of it turning to AIDS.

Medicinal mushrooms have great power in helping you achieve this. I don't have HIV but a doctor I know have about 3 years of experience working with later stages of AIDS patients and after giving them a mixture of medicinal mushroom extracts (it have to be real and good ones) as part of their daily diets, amazing results happend. These patients were getting stronger and with more strength to be on their feets rather than laying down due to weakness of immune system failure.

There are many medicinal supplement products out there you can take, but careful with ones that are cheap, not that they are not good just may not have a great effect and you'll probably have to take it for a long time before seeing any results. Medicinal mushrooms have a history in asian cultures for at least 1500 years, and some of the well known ones are like Reishi, Maitake and now Cordyceps. These are mushrooms known as magic mushrooms, in Traditional Chinese Medicine it is known as cure all medicine and believe me they do not come cheap. Cheap ones may not have all the medicinal properties or not potent enough.

Most good ones I've tried myself are still mostly from Asian countries, and they cost me a arm and a leg to get. Recently, about 2 years ago I found something that's made in USA and it's organic and cost less than $250. A product called X5POWER IA365. I'm taking this myself right now, since I have a weak immune system ever since I was a kid. I use to get sick everytime the weather changes. I have to say after taking this product I only gotten sick 1 time in this last 2 years. Which is amazing. I only take this product when I feel I'm about to get sick or the weather is changing, however, if someone that have HIV I definitely recommend them taking it everyday for at least 6 months - 1 year.

Best of luck to you and I hope some of this information helped. Whether you take medicinal mushrooms or not, remember to keep your immune system healthy and strong (can't be done in a toxic way) is your ultimate goal to fight this virus.

No cure. If you do not have it do not catch, avoid sex or avoid unprotected sex. If you have it protect yourself from further infection by being extra carefull and do not pass it on to others. Sex is nothing else but a lot of heat and a lot of friction there is no need to be greedy and want to sleep with all the women you meet or all the men you come across just like food leave for others and be content with what you have. Do not copy our footballers who are happy to sleep with anything that comes their way. Once you have it you may get drugs that may lessen the symptoms.
