it really depends on the woman, some notice tenderness or swelling of the breasts, frequent urination, fatigue, or morning sickness within a week or two. a home test is only good if youve already missed your period, a doctor can do a blood test earlier, but you have to specificly ask for the blood test, they generally will only use the pee test.
