some women are born with less estrogen in their body, or born with some male hormones (testosterone)in their body, its not all that uncommon actually. It isnt their fault, its just genetics. I have also knew women who were pregnant with boys and it caused them to do this .. kind of weird but yeah its just something that happens, atleast most women shave it or nair it so that it isnt noticeable, if I had a mustache thats what I would do. ofcourse everyone has peach fuzz, thats normal for many women...

Not just the hormones but also their ethnic background. For example a Polish or Swedish woman will have light hair and peach fuzz on her face. An African/American or Indian woman will have darker hair and may have facial hair as well.

Did you know everyone started out as a woman before they were born? That's why men have nipples. So it's not the women looking like men just because they have some hair...it's the men taking after women and having more hair.

Personally.. I think it is horrible for a woman to change herself because of the media. Woman that do have it on their chest or face normally have a background from Middle East, some parts of Asia, or most of Africa. Everybody has hair there, some people's is just thicker or darker.

Since cellulite is a structural issue (muscle) it can be fixed with simple and unique body movements which target the cellulite areas. These types of moves can be followed by any woman, regardless of her age or fitness level. And it doesn?t matter if the cellulite started in the early teen years, or after pregnancy, or after menopause, it?s still a structural issue that results from soft, un-toned muscles underneath the saggy, dimpled, shadowy skin. As a medical researcher I don't really recommend phony lotions, painful treatments, crazy skin-brushing, useless body-wrapping or toxin-Flushing pill-scams. It's caused by a high level of androgens, male hormones. It is a hormonal problem that can be treated with some types of birth control pills or anti-androgen medications. HTH.
