What should i do?
Could you please give me the best advice you have? I am just not ready to let her go yet??
this is an email she replied to me...is she letting me down easy, or is she scareed, like she says she is...because she is only 13 and never been in a relationship before??

well first of all, I don't hate you. second, I haven't been avoiding you either becuase its not been just swimming that I've been busy with its been life.I also haven't been beating around the bush because you never asked me if I did or not. Now , what would she have said she doesnt want to ruin a frienship?? Without meaning it, I asked her straight up to be honest, and I know she isnt lying. What should I do? I mean I know nothing is gonna happen in the near future, but maybe when she matures a little bit, or decides to take the risk to date me, I mean, I like her so much, and am just not ready to let her go. I know she is afraid of me breakin her heart, because she told one of her friends, that she doesnt like how many girlfriends I've had that Ive broken up with. And she really used to act like she liked me, I mean, we obviously had soemthing more than friends, but when I asked her she got scared and backed off. She also told her mom, who she is really closed to, that she is REAALY scared of ruining the frienship. What should I do?

And why would she get all mad at her friend, I mean the email I replied to her was nice , caring and understanding, so I dont know why she thinks I put her up to it? Why was she all mad if her friend asked her about it?

not being serious, but what r some inventive ways to kill somebody.
i might.. give them distilled water and nothing else for 4 days, the pure water would enter the brain cells, unable to realease, the cells would puff up and explode and the person would die.
or, i would forcibly give them cpr which stops the heart if its beating.
or i would pump air into their veins until they poped

Bad Math, But i believe Good Estimates? War Money Towards College Money?

Let's do some math...300,000,000 Citizens, Approx. 16% between 18-21 (48,000,000). Lets say 40% (maybe higher or lower) of them want college education (7,680,000). 10% get schlorships (768,000 - let's say 3% get full=23,400), 10% get Grants and/or Loans (768,000). That leaves the 20% (6,144,000) who are not eligible or dont have the resources to learn/or Get either. 80 billion (PLUS MORE..if you cant taxes also) was spent on a war. Im not saying give all that money away to College Education ....This all im saying!!!

I may have missed some things...Not very good at math!!! This is just Estimates. Actually i think the College Percentage is lower then 40%..Meaning MORE MONEY!!!

80,000,000,000/6,144,000= $13,000 (each) put to American kids who cant catch a break financially for school.

80,000,000,000/7,680,000=$10,416 (each) can be added to grant money, so parents/students wont have such much money to pay back to banks/loans.

What could be the problem or issue?

I tried to communicate with this guy whom I met on line about 6 months ago. I asked if he was afraid of me and if he was afraid that he might feel rejected by me. His answers to both questions are "yes". I think there's a link between his fear of me and of rejection on my part, although I don't know what's the cause of such fears. I've got a better education than he (master's vs. bachelor's), and my English proficiency is a lot better than his. I always sense his insecure feelings, though I don't know why he feels this way. What are your opinions? I thank you for sharing with me your opinions in advance.

p.s I'm from Taiwan, and he's from Singapore.
