I really want a serious relationship which leads to marriage. Where are all the nice guys? How can I meet my Mr. Right?

It's no where near a computer screen or a TV set. You won't find him at home and probably not at work. You probably won't find him in a bar. You might find him at the library, the grocery store, at the gym, at church, at a charity/volunteer event, at a physical challenge event (biking, running, etc).
Any extra time you can spend out of the house or among other people the better. If you're looking, don't be a cave dweller. Treat your home as just the necessity... sleeping, showering, a place to keep your clothes, otherwises get out there!

Stay away from places you would not want the father of your children/husband frequenting after you get married. Depending on your age you might consider groups like the JCs, a friend of a friend, or at Church.
I can not tell you how many people I know that met a guy at a bar or club and then was dismayed that he did not CHANGE and settle down when the girl wanted to get serious. Consider that men and women might both go to bars to meet someone but that the goal of the meeting might be totally different.....ie She is looking for Mr. Right he is looking for Mrs. Right Now.

Mr. Right doesn't exist! Just go for Mr. Available. Stop looking for the fairy tale guy on a white horse and just get out there.

Im a man and I want to know the same thing for meeting my mrs right! Im sick of dating idiots so let me know what you find out as long as it doesnt entail to resorting to paying a big sum of money to join an agency full of nutters!

Depends on what you are looking for. If it is the bad boy look, you will more than likely end up with a real bad boy and not be happy, not to mention, losing many friends in the mean time.

Hey first of all, I dont recommend you looking on the interent. Look around you, get plugged into something in your town, wither its a school function or even church. Hes out there he just hasnt come into your life yet.

first of all---marriage should not be your #1 agenda
try first to meet someone where ya'll click or have chemistry---then take it from there slowly----marriage should be a long way down the road--not what your first choice is

You could try your local place of worship. I don't believe that men who are NOT nice, go to those kinds of places. Anyway, for what it's worth, I met mine 7 l/2 years ago on Telepersonals (now Lavalife).
